We wish we had better Brothers & Sisters spoilers to report. But it’s hard to know the status of Julia Walker on season four of the show when the actress that portrays this character has no idea herself.
When asked by E! News if she’d be returning to the ABC drama this fall, Sarah Jane Morris pleaded ignorance.
“I hope so. I think so. If it comes up, great. If not, I had a fantastic send-off,” she said, expounding on her plans if she’s not asked back. “Right now I’m really itching to do a play. But if I could be on Friday Night Lights, my life would be made.”
Playing the character of Jason McAllister on Brothers and Sisters might be a challenge, but actor Eric Winter is always up for the role. He’s also managed to snag a part in the big-screen romantic comedy The Ugly Truth, starring opposite Katherine Heigl and Gerard Butler.
Eric Winter talked to the Los Angeles Times about his role in the movie, which deals with the ultimate battle of the sexes. It’s not too far from his performance on the ABC drama, as he’s the subject of affection on both productions. He is the love interest of Kevin Walker (Matthew Rhys) on Brothers and Sisters, as well as Heigl’s on The Ugly Truth.
“I play Colin, the neighbor of a woman (Heigl as Abby) who is so Type A that she has compiled a checklist of what she thinks the ideal guy should be,” Eric Winter said. “And as it turns out, she thinks that guy is me. And Gerard Butler plays a colleague of Abby’s who’s going to coach her on what to do to make me want her. It’s a lot of fun.”
Even though this star is stuck in a love triangle on The Ugly Truth, he’s rather tied down in real life. Eric Winter married his longtime girlfriend Roselyn Sanchez last November in Puerto Rico. If the name’s familiar, it’s because the lady’s the actress who plays Elena Delgado on Without a Trace.
The couple has been spending plenty of time together, from having their regular exercise routines to sitting back and watching musicals.
“We’re both big exercise buffs, and we love being active outdoors, which is why we like hiking in Fryman Canyon,” Winter revealed. “It’s crowded, but there are a couple of offshoot trails where you kind of get away a little bit. We have four dogs that we bring sometimes, but that can get a little chaotic.”
As for their leisure moments, the actor said plays are their thing. “We really love the theater,” Winter said. “We also go up to the Getty when we get a chance. We love the ArcLight for a movie. This is a great town if you just get out and find out what’s going on.”
When Brothers & Sisters comes back to the air this fall, a couple new characters - one young, one old - may come back with it.
According to E! News, the Walker family will soon grow even larger.
For starters, Scotty and Kevin will try to have a baby; there will also be an appearance by Nora’s mom, which will undoubtedly drive this character crazy, much to the delight of viewers.

Former “DWTS” contestant Cristian de la Fuente guest starred on “B&S” as Sarah Walker’s one-night-only lover just a few back, and tonight, current “DWTS” finalist Gilles Marini revealed that he will be joining “Brothers & Sisters” next season.
The “Sex and the City” film star told OK! magazine that his role is still a secret and that he’s not sure how many episodes he’ll be sticking around for, but that it’s going to be very interesting and like, “Oh, my God.”
Ughhh. Such a tease.

From an ABC reality show to a popular ABC drama. Gilles Marini, a finalist on Dancing with the Stars, told OK! Weekly that he’s actually be cast next season on Brothers & Sisters. “I’m going to work on ABC on Brothers & Sisters,” the French actor, who rose to fame in Sex and the City: The Movie, told the tabloid, adding the following about his “secret” rold:
“It’s going to be very interesting. It’s going to be a like, ‘Oh, my God.’ It’s going to be great.”
Balthazar Getty returns for the season finale of Brothers & Sisters this Sunday, but the family is actually going down to Mexico to find him. (What, no swine flu warnings in Walker-land?)
After many weeks missing, Robert McCallister (Rob Lowe) has finally helped Nora Walker (Sally Field) track Balthazar’s character, Tommy, south of the border, but sadly he might not be ready to be found. Nora thinks he’s in a cult, and in true Walker fashion, everyone has to come running to see what’s going on.

Spoiler Bonus: You didn’t really think Tommy was in a cult, did you? Nope, he’s actually doing very good things in Mexico, like fixing fountains and building new water systems.

Spoiler Bonus: Is Tommy really shamed? For once, Nora is right. Tommy is actually in Mexico trying to become a better man for his family. So despite the Walkers coming to bring him home, he’s not leaving Mexico anytime soon..
Spoiler Bonus: Did you notice the one Walker who didn’t go running in for a hug? Yeah, Kevin is still not too pleased that Tommy went on the lam, leaving Kevin and Justin as accessories to aiding and abetting a criminal.

“Brothers & Sisters” will have its third season finale on Sunday, May 10 and revamp it with the re-appearance of Tommy. Nora travels to Mexico to find the son the she had slapped previously, only to discover that Tommy is unwilling to accept their help.
Things are also boiling for Justin and Rebecca. Justin makes plans for the future, with or without Rebecca but the preview gives the idea that both will get married in an impromptu move. Meanwhile, Robert and Kitty reach a crossroads in their marriage that they may not be able to successfully navigate. Saul makes a shocking admission about Ryan Lafferty’s mother.
Several clips from the episode titled “Mexico” had been released previously, showing Nora’s attempt to reach out to Tommy and highlighting on Kitty’s struggle to keep her marriage intact.
It has been confirmed that “Brothers & Sisters” will return for a fourth season.
When Brothers & Sisters fans found out that Balthazar Getty was getting demoted from from full-time cast membership, many instantly thought of his wife.
What about Julia?!?
Last night, viewers for their answer: Sarah Jane Morris’ character left fot Seattle with baby Elizabeth in tow.
The actress spoke to The Los Angeles Times about her exit and her possible return:
Were you happy with how they ended things with Julia? I was really happy. They could have let it be something that got swept under the rug, but they were kind enough to give me great material. It was a nice farewell, but it was very sad. The one particular day when I had to shoot the dinner and toast the family, I was crying all day. Everyone was very supportive and sweet, but it was definitely emotional.
Will Julia be back? There is definite potential for Julia to come back. I think they needed to have her go away so that they can reinvent the character. That’ll be interesting to see her come back after living somewhere different and being a single mom. I just don’t know when that’ll be.
It will be about making up, breaking up and fighting for love in the next “Brothers & Sisters“. Ryan makes a discovery about his mother’s death and takes a huge leap in the wrong direction to vie for Rebecca’s affection. At the same time Rebecca also rekindles her romance with Justin.
Meanwhile, when Kitty and Robert reach a crossroads in their marriage, she is forced to reflect on her father’s past indiscretions and decide what’s most important in life. Robert threatens Alec Tyler, the guy whom Robert has seen as the cause of his marriage breakdown.
Meanwhile, there’s also an Ojai Foods party where Holly is in attendance. Sarah, in particular takes a big step in intimidating Holly and screws her in the face, literally.
“Let’s Call the Whole Thing Off” airs Sunday, May 3. A scoop from Zap2It said that it will be Justin who eventually wins the heart of Rebecca. “…Ryan will officially throw his hat into the Rebecca ring in a couple days, but his big brother will come out victorious this time,” the site wrote.
