Brothers & Sisters Pics 3.10: Just a Sliver

ABC just released pics from episode 3.10 titled “Just a Sliver”. This is the Thanksgiving episode that unfortunately airs the Sunday after Thanksgiving. Oops!
As you can see from the above pic, the Walkers do gather for the holiday, but it’s not at the Walker manse or a fine restaurant. To find out where they are dining and more importantly why, click through through the jump. But be warned! It’s a little spoilery!
My interpretation of the pic below is that Tommy, unhappy he hadn’t scored a knock-out of Kevin during their fight at Justin’s Narcotics Anonymous meeting, ambushed him late one night and is now visiting Kevin at the hospital to gloat!
Tommy:
So you didn’t get a look at who did this to you, huh? Gosh, that’s awful!
Okay, that’s not really what’s going on here. According to ABC publicity about the episode: The Walkers encounter some scheduling conflicts on Thanksgiving,leaving Nora and Sarah to celebrate alone, until Elizabeth endures amedical emergency that brings the family together.
Gee, guess who turns out to be Elizabeth’s biological father? I’d say it’s Kevin unless Scotty finally got fed up with Kevin’s self-centeredness and walloped him with one of his Le Creuset frying pans and that’s why he’s laid up. Boy, if Kevin is Elizabeth’s biological parent, Scotty’s mom is going to be so pissed that those homosexual genes are getting spread around!
Balthazar Getty: Yes, yes, Matthew. I know the readers of AfterElton.com were hoping I’d end up in the hospital dying. Put a sock in it, already.
Tommy:
So you’re Elizabeth’s biological dad, Bro! Congrats on having such great swimmers! Justin is crushed to have been beaten by a gay guy!
Tommy, to self: Of course, I got beat by the gay guy, too. Am I really a man? And why are there animated leaves floating next to me?
Luke Macfarlane:
For the LAST time, Matthew — yes, you look WAY hotter in a hospital gown than Chad Allen did on General Hospital: Night Shift. Um, I’ve gotta go rehearse my line now. 
Rachel Griffiths: General Hospital: Night Shift? No, I’ve never seen it, Matthew. Why?
Nora to Tommy: Why should I clean the bedpan just because I’m the mother? He’s in here for your plot contrivance, not mine!
Nora:
Julia? Why does that name sound familiar? Oh, Tommy’s wife! No, no, haven’t seen her this episode. Yes, given that Elizabeth is in the hospital that is a little odd. 
Uncle Saul: Yes, Doctor Myles. We promise no yelling, fighting or thowing things. We only do that every fourth episode.
Nora:
Me? I’m thankful because Holly is on life support in intensive care. Let’s go see if we can pull the plug and watch her slowly suffocate!
Ron Rifkin: I’m smiling because I get an actual storyline in only three more episodes
